Domestic Shipping:

-Texas Cowgirl Design ships anywhere in the U.S.A for a flat rate of $6.99. Shipping times vary on product, size of product, and different products shipped at one time. Texas Cowgirl Design will always try to ship with the fastest courier for your area, for each individual order.

Shipping can take from 7-18 business days depending on the product. A tracking number will be provided to your email when an order is fulfilled. We ask that you enter your email at check out so we can make sure that you stay informed with your product’s delivery.

Texas Cowgirl Design is not responsible for:

• Delays with shipping

• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. If an item is any of the above please contact us at txcd11@gmail .com so that we may help you to the best of our ability with the courier.

returns & exchanges

Returns:

-All Sales are final and no returns are allowed.

Exchanges:

-Some items may not be available for exchange, if a product does not fit or is damaged please contact txcd11@gmail.com

Cancelations:

-Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Exchanges may be possible for select items.

Defective Items: 

-If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email at txcd11@gmail.com  within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.

• The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.

 Incorrect or Missing Items: 

-If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
